Nothing I was exhausted everyday because of loads of work and waited upto 16 hrs everyday to work because of shortage of team members

managers will assign N number of tasks and add 3 or 4 extra reports day by day which is take about 7 to 8hrs to complete it and they are not using any automated console for this and even if you want to automate certain things they wont approve u to do and tools are fully limited and most of the time the database will get stuck in middle of moon, managers will urge you to get the report done but you cant make it on time so managers will not approve for monthly leaves. Working environment and the culture of this company was awsome .......i spend most of my time in office ....rather than sleeping at home ....i have learned lot of things from this organistaion .... This is fast learning organisation for fresher as well as experince persone.

No proper leave facility provided to offroll employees ..growth and increment is long process and i think they use manpower at the time of pick load and when there purpose completed they just throw those employee out whose have worked for this company with there ...this is worst thing i have observed in working career....still i m working in flipkart ....
