Initially Flipkart was known for its working culture but now it's zero this is the true fact. Hybrid model is there , but depends on your manager how it will look like. Nothing good now.

Flipkart hire based on 3rd party payroll, please it's a request don't get hired from them 1. They exploit the employee paying low salary less then market standard, and won't pay you hike till the time you will be there. 2. Flipkart talks about equality among the employees , but in office you will work same as the direct hire people even more , then also any party/ office trip any gifts or benefits from Flipkart you won't be able to enjoy because you are a 3rd party payroll . Mostly they consider you as a road side labour . Cause max managers mentality in analytics department is " If you don't want to stay don't stay, we can hire more people with less salary to work". That means people who are working want to grow their career , they don't have any respect in Flipkart . There is not a single thing to like about them. They have a very dull work environemnt and you can see the dissapointment on peoples faces at the start of the day itself

Your manager will fill you up with lies about why you will not get hike/promotion. No work life balance. Post working hours colleagues/lead will keep bothering you. Meeting deadlines every other day. Managers dont know how to work smart. You will be drained within a month

But the most important thing is, too much politics, too much gossips, and partiality with Diversity. Even after having adequate leaves you can't ask for it. Management is biased towards those who are buttering them.

I like its benifits, leave, team culture.

Internal management not bother about the employee's thought, and value. Managers are always prefer there references. Policy book is there but management are not want to here a single word from the employee's which are given in policy, untill higher managements are not involved.

Lot of Politics, no vision on future by leadership, people joined earlier are just chilling and have created a government like culture with lot of bureaucracy, nothing moves quick in e commerce company like flipkart, which is contrary to the business model
