Iam working in this organization ast 9 years iam determined to most of my potential and iam confident I can achieve great things..there has been decision taken by management and HRBP Rahul shukla sir take action in order to reduce operationcost some other reason ..iam 100 % potential my duties 13 hours in organization hard working..it is very sad..to thanks.

There is not a single thing to like about them. They have a very dull work environemnt and you can see the dissapointment on peoples faces at the start of the day itself

Your manager will fill you up with lies about why you will not get hike/promotion. No work life balance. Post working hours colleagues/lead will keep bothering you. Meeting deadlines every other day. Managers dont know how to work smart. You will be drained within a month

Company is trying to do better, but local management is not encouraging talent. They are totally biased.

Not an employee friendly atmosphere. HR is not actively handling situation, they always leaning towards operation manager.

But the most important thing is, too much politics, too much gossips, and partiality with Diversity. Even after having adequate leaves you can't ask for it. Management is biased towards those who are buttering them.

Company as a whole is good; handling lot of products & vendors to handle. Management is also fair to take care of employees.

Salary is upto the mark, also yearly review for performance & there after increment needs to be enhanced sufficiently to keep employee long time, employees are assets to run the business.

Salary Structure huge difference in same designation, Even after promoting after 3 years of hard work only 1.5K salary increment received.

I like its benifits, leave, team culture.

Dislikes

Internal management not bother about the employee's thought, and value. Managers are always prefer there references. Policy book is there but management are not want to here a single word from the employee's which are given in policy, untill higher managements are not involved.
