The work I used to do was really challenging. There were relevant tools to help and guide us. There were events happening from the HR team regards to friday engagements.

The work life balance is a NEGATIVE! There are no weekends or holidays. There are no proper relevant tools to help you do better. There is no growth/promotion even after being promised. I was paid of Grade 6 while the job I was doing was of an Assistant Manager. While joining was told that in the next cycle the salary correction would be done. But there was nothing. Internal management not bother about the employee's thought, and value. Managers are always prefer there references. Policy book is there but management are not want to here a single word from the employee's which are given in policy, untill higher managements are not involved.

As a company flipkart is good but not the HR team

Dislikes

Central HR team is worst, in the name of diversity they ruin talent and Managers still follow taking credit of the team. they hire contract HR for fulfilling work and terminate them if we question regrading work burnout. Managers in HR team need to upskill their talent than sitting on 90's culture of sourcing and hiring

Other mangers except my team are very rough towards their employee also sometimes we work for 10-11 hours atleast 4 times a week even though they are not satisfied. If you work good everything will be thrown towards you, I feel stuck and also so little learning.
