Working in Flexituff international ltd. Was the best experience I got in my career, i liked their work culture ,they give opportunities to the youth most, i found that there are many experienced employees also and they are so kind n humble to teach other people .

Dislikes

Nothing bad much but just the travelling 2hours from indore to pitampura where the company is located. It's hectic to travel daily.

Nothing is there u can imagine those persons are today GM of company and company head they had in past as Labour and assistant supervisor.. Just politics over there n company boss only wants earn profit... If you really don't trust so u get real image with yourself experiences

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12 hours fix job.. No growth imagination, never get relax from workload, just politics goes there special in middle management 🤓🤓🤓 GM blame to AGM AND wise versa GM want revenge to AGM AGM wants revenge to gm, manage wants through out assistant manager assistant complain to GM then go to AGM with rudely behaviour and AGM as well...
