I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Management is very supportive if we don't talk about Salary and appraisal. Lot of Verity of work there so good place to work and chance to gain experience with different varieties. I left the company 4 months ago but salary is still pending

Salary 4 months delay, appraisal once in five years, there is no bonus, staff welfare, mediclaim and any motivational activity.
