I am working in US based MNC in purchasing dept but my manager asked me to solve warehouse problem and due to this i am not able to gain knowledge about purchasing.
After 2 years in purchasing dept I have knowledge about warehouse operations instead of purchasing and my manager will not allow to do purchasing work for at least 1 more year.
Currently I am not a permanent employee, working on 2 years contract with CTC 3.60 LPA , In hand salary 25K in pune.
Can i switch in warehouse in another company or to wait in purchasing for the next 2-3 years at same salary?
