The only like is our department head.

Dislikes

The founders does not respect their employee be it junior staff or the leadership. The employees are ill-treated and disrespected. There is no office decorum, management will start shouting at anyone on the floor only. Visionless higher management with unrealistic approach towards business and people. The company is progressing adversely, moving from bad to worst work culture in high speed.

Unstructured Management & Unrealistic Expectations The leadership lacks clarity in hiring and work allocation. They bring in employees without a clear understanding of their roles, expecting them to fix years of mismanagement in just a few months—with little to no training. Toxic Work Culture & Overwork The team is overburdened, working six days a week with no real work-life balance. Instead of fostering a collaborative environment, the workplace often feels exploitative. Ineffective HR & Job Insecurity HR offers no real support in addressing mismanagement issues. The one person who is sitting in the company office will play the politics and management also supports him only coming to the straight point if you want the job for 2-3 months will join or else you will spoil your career and again coming to the straight point 1 person has spoiled lot pf people’s career

Initially when joined there seemed lot of opprtunity of getting exposure but as few months passed tge true colors of company came right in front

1. Leaders - who hardly have leadership skills and are not even open to learning 2. Culture- Hr does fake ratings promotion to get good reviews so they can hire new people easily and thts bluff cus the attrition rate is pretty high 3. They have grown in number by just increasing quantity with no or least rettion of customers Pepole should go for next illion or wheelseye or other option rather than wasting and getting trapped in their contracts … which they do Dont join this organisation if you are looking for stable long term growth For 6 month stint its good to get exposure And the sales cofounder just talks shit with no knowledge of sales capabillity building...Read More
