"as every job comes pros even it has cons" 1. this company requires a contractual period of one year from an employee and a notice period of two months only after completing 1 year minimum duration an employee works is 1 year 2 months. 2.if you are a Male candidate, you required to work in night shift only which reflects to day shift in USA 3. there are no cab facilities for night shift employees 4. no ESI and PF for freshers 5. Am very happy to work with flat world solutions. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
