Poor career growth if you do not belong to favourite list. Management do not focus on employee's growth and opportunity to teach upcoming skills. Lots of politics and low compensation and perks. Never prefer to work with such unprofessional company.

I hv to say that flamingo transworld has proven to be the best abroad travel company...!!! I really appreciate the way company handle employees during covid 19 lockdown.
