There is nothing likeable in this org, they have pathetic appraisal process.

Job security is not there, when I joined the company has rating of 4.3 on glassdoor, but now it is 3.5. They laid off lot of people with out proper benefits or severance package, and for some they will lay off suddenly saying the performance issue without PIP, actually they want to reduce the head count but to escape severance package they will tell performance as the reason. You will not learn anything here....Read More
