There is nothing to like about FITSO. The founders of FITSO have a complete Capitalist approach towards everything. One should be Socialist enough to be that change maker in today's time, else, everyone is making a decent money with their skill, hard work and wits. Not only the foundations of FITSO are built on hungry for money minds, giving little attention to their users, but, even their internal employers. Dislikes

A long List: No Work/Life balance. Many Promises to the employees to get the work done, but, no rewards at the end. Extreme delay in the payment of Incentives/Bonuses/Vouchers. A very weak Customer Service approach. Does not Value their employees. 100% Fake in terms of complementing and applauding the work force just in order to getthe work done. Only know how to use people, never learnt how to value people. No growth Opportunities. Zero professional approach to internal processes. Salaries never on time. Failed to open the PF accounts/UAN numbers since May 2019. They will make you work even on the National Holidays and no Comp Offs given for that....Read More
