some incorrectly hired people for junior roles who are not competent to work in start ups and at all, keep bad mouthing about the company. complete wfo and hence gets hectic to travel.

The company is oing a transformation, evolving from a start up culture to that of a larger organisation. Leadership is striving to retain teh best aspects of both stages of growth. Product is absolutely great.

It seems that teams are often worked up - thats how start ups are right. As our founder says shaddi ka ghar. you do everything. While i havent personally felt so as i have always loved what i did as a person and as an employee.
