FirstlyI would like to start with the note that I was one of the successful sales executive of fitness first between 2012-2014.During my tenure of 2 years, I saw 17 sales executive leaving the company because they were not able to take on the pressure of sales from superiors. Starting with the training, it was really comprehensive and detailed & I always had the liberty to go back and ask questions. The career growth was purely on the performance basis. I was a good consistent performer so was promoted to senior sales exe position after a year. Salary was not that great but incentives were high. I enjoyed working there. One thing that I want to notify here is that my bosses( Shivali,Akshay,Gopal) were all energetic & passionate people & business head of fitness first, Ms. Shivali use to say one thing that you can only survive in ff if you have a passion for fitness. And I had that. So I survived. So this is one key thing that everyone can consider while applying. The sales pressure was enormous. Work culture was good as well. If you’re disciplined passionate highly energetic person who likes challenges then ff is the place for you. Bosses were always encourage us to workout before shift starts. Well, the work-life balance was pretty bad. There are no fixed working hours. The sales employees have to come to office as per their appointments. So, the sales executive have no work life balance. Precaution- During our time, we had immense pressure for achieving our targets. That’s why many employees left on bad note with company. There is hardly any job security. As long as you’re performing, everything is fine. But the month you stop performing, the bosses will force you to perform better and if you fail, they will push you to resign. As far as politics is concerned, growth in the company was performance driven. So I hardly get to see any politics. Appraisal was late and slow and was minimum. They took almost 6-7 months to promote me to senior sales exe position and the raise in the salary was really less. No fixed working hours. You have to come as per your scheduled appointments. I was working at the position of Senior sales executive.My profile entails achieving of sales units by collecting leads from existing members & then calling those leads&fix an appointment for the health club trial & ultimately convert that lead into sales

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
