I liked fiserv before 2019, but after that its pathetic.

Nothing in hand of managers, everything is driven by top management. Instead of having highest rating no promotion provided. Project Dispute own by vijay srivastav is very problematic, they don't want to see what low level employees are facing. He came and always say about himself he don't care about others. Work Culture is great, Work-Life balance is good, Leaders and managers are people soft not technical just like some common companies. Old fiserv was good but after merger every thing changed working here is just like working with another normal companies.

Dislikes

Career growth is not here. No good projects. Obviously politics is here. Fiserv lost its reputation in the job market after merger.No competitive compensation is offered they hire people's for less CTC.
