We are not sure if this is just a personal frustration or a valid concern. Please provide more details. Better to raise it with your Manager or HR. Being a small company the financial and final hiring decisions are taken by the founder for now, however other operational decisions like leave approval etc are taken by the Managers. We feel it is too early for a "Trainee" to understand all the nuances of the policy and decisions. You can talk to your Seniors and understand the context and reasons for a policy or a decision. We are trying to create processes and automation for all the departments and most of the approvals are through these processes and no person is needed to grant the approval in general matters. There is a defined policy for leaves, attendance, WFH and other day to day items. You can talk to Manager or HR if there is a confusion about the policy. Also if you think that there is a need to change the policy (since we are a growing organization and we want to improve ourselves) then you can talk to your Manager, HR and also the Founder. All the positive suggestions are welcomed and appreciated here.
