Worst organization to work with. Unethical people in the management. Seniors treat juniors as labour's. Instead of building the team the maneger tries to break the team. A lot of stress given. Maneger makes us work till 2am with zero appreciation. Senior management body shames, talks un professionally with Employees. Turns the wholeworld around if we take any holiday (paid). In short, not for freshers as they will start hating the corporate in their first job only....Read More

Work culture is not good, seems like a dictatorship, where only one or two are allowed to rule, others have to blindly follow. Top managers put extreme pressure on their subordinates, that is passed on dramatically to the lower ones. In short that the drama matters here more than productive work.
