Nothing to like in this company, except first few weeks! The top level management used disrespectful and unethical language for the employees.

This environment hindered collaboration and creativity, leading to decline in team morale & overall quality of work. The CEO lacks the necessary qualifications and marketing knowledge to effectively run a business, which is evident in the company's practices and client dealings. I wouldn't recommend this organization to anyone looking for a positive and professional work environment. Also being an Ex-employee, I was given false verification from the organisation to my current company. I have had the unfortunate experience of being a core member of this organization since its inception. Despite being passionate about my work, I was consistently met with a toxic work environment. the CEO, Mr. Saksham, is highly controlling, frequently micro-managing employees, and often resorts to humiliating them publicly. Insteadof taking responsibility for the company's failures, he unfairly blames the team, going so far as to threaten salary deductions for client losses. Salary deductions were the most likely thing for Mr. Saksham to do. It's disheartening to see how little respect is given to the employees. The company hires desparate candidates, often recent graduates or those who have just completed their schooling, and treats them as disposable. The HR department, which is supposed to support employees, is unprofessional and contributes to the hostile work culture....Read More
