First Flight Couriers Ltd gives me lots of opportunities to learn more. They to improve my self in computer. Another plus point is that my colleagues are come from different various culture and we all work with together and happly. I also like the company atmosphere they give respect to lady employees.

Salary comes late and work lod is very high . I have received lots of appreciation mail but our organisation never give any gift for those . And they take on roll for two years. . Once my colleague insult me but they can't take strong action .

i am getting poor salary for the post of incharge in Standard Chartered Bank's credit card division as a vendor. in branch there is no manpower for delivery. without manpower how is it possible to deliver the goods. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
