I wish I would have taken previous reviews seriously. Working here is hell. Trust me guys the Management in Mumbai(Malad) office is wortest worst I don’t know if even that’s a word but I hope you’ll get it. They provide training for just 15 days and we were taught 2 different processes in 15 days. 1st week they taught us something and the next week they planned to move us to different process and were given training as if the trainer was just reading something to a wall and done. When you get on floor you’re expected to work as a pro as if you’re working there from so many years. I don’t know what word to use for the management. If the CEO or any higher authority from First Advantage is reading this. I beg you to have a look with the behaviour of everyone apart from Operation Analyst. Because they do what they’re given. I swear I swear I have no words I can describe how terrible management is. They just keep screaming and screaming. The way they talk to you as if you have stolen their property or something everyone always hyper here. If you wanna get your mood done the same way this place is gonna be heaven for you. I really regret taking others review for granted. Learned a lesson today “Always learn from others” Trust me guys. And those who say they pay well. They don’t. After doing OT they’re like we don’t pay OT for people on Probation but you’re given work as if you’re not on Probation just like tenure ones within a month you’re asked to match the speed of people who are working since few time. And you’re paid on Saturday the same as you get paid on any weekday. The calculation is very simple for weekend pay. You calculate you per say pay basis on your salary that’s the pay for your weekday and Saturday as well. Expect you’re forced to work on Saturday’s. During Interview they ask “ You might need to work on some Saturday’s if there’s Business requirement. You say Yes and boom. You’re forced to work every Saturday until unless you have a strong valid reason for not to. I mean we need to beg for weekend off’s without getting anything extra paid. I believe they must be paying but the corruption swallows all. The only thing I like about here is the process nothing else that’s the only reason I tolerate these people. Trust me guys I can go on and on but it won’t finish. The Management here is just terrible. Don’t do the mistake I did of taking reviews for granted. We speak our heart out here. Seriously guys I have never ever seen a Management as worst as these. They make few rules according their mood and the next week they only forget about it and when all of a sudden they remember they start scolding everyone around for not following them. Anyways you only get to hear scoldings here. I would Rate Professionalism -100(minus100) out of 1000. I hope I can reach you by my words how I felt working here. I found a word for work culture over here “ RUDE”. Everyone are Rude over here don’t know why but they just keep on screaming all the time. As I feel if any company want growth the need to give proper training here proper training is not provided u will get training but once u hit the floor and after completing 6mnths u will be pressureised by mgmt. Management is worst they only work for their self as they can achieve good ratings and incentives here management treat employee as an slave no job security mgmt says if u want to take casual leave u hv to planned for that no employees benifit only mgmt benefit is there good place to work but worst mgmt uncertain rules to follow and pathatic HR if u show them what exactly happening by mgmt u will only get to listen mgmt is working as per business requirement so u will feel helpless and if u really need the job to run your financial balance then u hv to work in this environment u hv to absorb stress inside you and work in this environment to run ur and ur family requirements.
