Only company policy is very good but the worst part is none of the managers are followed. Lots of politics. 100% no job security

First advantage is the best advantage in my life here i have created my flat form and developed my skills very well

In the increment wise they are not giving good increments in the domestic level in this matter i was facing lot of issues and more every MNC company when the employees working in weekends they paying more but FADV will not giving the full OT amount i would request you to management will take the senior auction on that resolve the ASAP

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
