Environment is good, safety specially for females. Time set for work is average. But some time due to natural calamities the transport facility given by the company is weird means they drop at some central point rather taking care for dropping at home for all employees. Also there is no proper medical treatment or any Doctor to check in emergency. Employees are just said to take care of themselves by lying down in the wellness room or they ask employee to call their family members to come and take care. Till the time the employee' family members don't reach, the employee have no other option left and have to struggle with the sufferings....Read More

While working with first advantage the think which i noticed in a problematic scenario where we know that there was some kind of problem which was acceptable use to taken very wrongly and we were not allowed to clarify it, it was taken directly Hr without understanding the clarification.
