Seniors are very helpful, if you take a initiate in work you will improve your skills. Some team leaders are supportive & some are partial. SME are very helpful & some team members are too helpful as well. You have to do Multi-tasking doesn't matter what is your designation. On work you are appreciated by TL & Manager if your are good at work. Working with FirstAdvantage was good

Working hours is beyond your limits. I have worked over 14-15hours as it remote work.

Dislikes

Selfish management, they just need a reason to deduct your variable pay, never join the reports team. No scope of growth because of their internal politics. They won't even waive off your target if the company is low on business and force you to consume your paid leaves from the kitty

Internal politics since those who had done many errors were still given good ratings and kept in the team, also there is no increment in salary and position, team members are not at all helpful, no support from manager in terms of career growth. Also those on furlough period, received no support from management or HR.

Nothing I liked, one of the worst management and they do nothing to help or support employee's they just want them to work 24by7.

Dislikes

Management, my reporting manager was Jyothi Desai I have never seen such micro manager in my entire work life. She has zero professionalism and she can never be a manager, The work place is not that bad you can learn but what I faced I dont want anyone else to face it. They say Mon To Fri but you have to work Mon To Sun with Over time for peanuts and you dont have choice for it.
