I left the company due to the continuous harassments I faced from my management. There was no work life balance & no compensation paid for the extra hours I was forced to put in. This was evident especially during the Covid-19 lockdown. I was forced to work 18 - 20 hours straight and not a single penny has ben paid as overtime / shift allowance till date. Even after numerous people from the bank, department & even floor had been tested positive for Covid-19, the management forced me to work from the office. Many pregnant women were forced to work from office during this period. One staff who was stuck in India while on her vacation was terminated as she could not travel back to UAE due to the lockdown. Absolute horror in terms of employee relations. I have nothing good to say about the management in Retail Loans Operations Management (Mohd Azhar & Amit Malhotra). The only good thing is the fact that I had an amazing group of colleagues who were going through the same situation as I was and we supported each other....Read More
