Working culture, managers are not at all helpful and they also put thier work on us and they also doesn't listen to us, a lot of salary issues like salary is delayed till the end month, they diduct our PF from salary but doesn't deposit it in our PF account and whatever you do don't sign a bond with this company

Nothing. Company can not provide the salary to employees on time when rakhi festival or other festivals are coming. They have no planning to give the salary to his employees.while it is a very important festival for all boys and girls and also for every one. I can't understand why these employees are stay here with this like of company. They will not provide any benefits to employees. like dipawali bonus and holidays. but they deduct unnecessary salary and never give salary in time and also not deposited the EPF on time. Company lost it's vision from past some years and do to lack of technical people in management team of company there is nothing to like in it.

Having salary issues never be on time. No technical person management. No work timing, mostly in month got call early morning 3 am and doesn't matter to management how long you worked.(general 12 hours in day expected). No any benifit- No health ensures, No training, No any other No facility in office, No separate washroom for male and female, hygiene issue in only washroom, No penty, No proper sitting place in office. Everything is going wrost in this organization. Just like detials as below 1. All Vendor payment has gone delayed about than 6 to 8 months. 2. Management salary has gone delayed about than 7 to 8 months. 3. Junior staff including domestic staff salaries delayed 2 to 3 months. 4. No new order/ tendor got in since 2017. No more supporting specially during pandemic. Most productive employees left the organization in 2020.

Founder & Director of this organization passed away in Jan 2018 and good time also gone away after that. Now lot of issues here like no new client added since 2016 and no new works get from existing clients from 2017, resultant lots of financial issues including 5-7 months salary delays and payments of vendors and service providers also delays from long period.
