Company lost it's vision from past some years and do to lack of technical people in management team of company there is nothing to like in it.

Dislikes

Having salary issues never be on time. No technical person management. No work timing, mostly in month got call early morning 3 am and doesn't matter to management how long you worked.(general 12 hours in day expected). No any benifit- No health ensures, No training, No any other No facility in office, No separate washroom for male and female, hygiene issue in only washroom, No penty, No proper sitting place in office. Client change windows comes only on weekends and no compensation for these extra work days.

Work-life balance is good.

Dislikes

Major salary issue. They don't release the salaries on time, the company deducts the PF but they do not deposit it in the PF account, the company deducts your salary without any reason.

Likes

The people are very professional and sorted. Salary was never delayed and appropriate number of leaves were granted to me as and when required. There were no such approval issues and work is being done very smoothly. The senior including my team manager are very supportive at all time. They help me to handle the work pressure in systematic manners and with the help of my Manager I developed a command on how to handle critical issues. With assistance and great training which was imparted during Firmwise Services India Pvt Ltd by my manager, now I am working in a very reputed company.

Nothing. Company can not provide the salary to employees on time when rakhi festival or other festivals are coming. They have no planning to give the salary to his employees.while it is a very important festival for all boys and girls and also for every one. I can't understand why these employees are stay here with this like of company. They will not provide any benefits to employees. like dipawali bonus and holidays. but they deduct unnecessary salary and never give salary in time and also not deposited the EPF on time. But they make you fool very easily.

Heathy environment with opportunities for growth. Independent and flexible working hours company puts the employee first, The company didn't deduct salaries nor cut jobs during the pandemic and supported there employees during this difficult period
