They give you the complete freedom to work in your own way. But at the same time they constantly give you feedback so that you improvise continuously. Everyone here is very young, so its all together a different culture to work with them. And the founders are constantly coming up with new opportunities for the students as well as the tutors. Also, the compensation is fair enough and you get a lot of time to pursue many other things as you only need to teach for certain hours a day ....Read More

Dislikes

Nothing at all. Maybe I would suggest that they should organize team meetings more often so that we stay in touch.

Work Details

It was interesting to work with a young team. And it was fun to teach students of all age groups. FinStat was a great platform to grow as a lecturer and also as a team player.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
