One the best organisation I have ever worked with. Finsmart is having more than 80% women employees including it's founder and director (Shalaka Joshi). She is one of the greatest leader even I know. I felt valued there.

No work-life balance. Pathetic environment. Saturday off's are given only to the international team. Partiality at it's peak. Domestic team is always burdened with work load and due dates but all the facilities are provided only to the international team. Pathetic management. You will definitely risk your mental health if you join in to the Domestic team.

As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location.
