I consider this company good in many ways. Career prospects are good here. Company conducts fun an engaging activities on a regular basis. Also, company organizes comprehensive training from internal experts. and much more. In my opinion, this workplace offers a perfect balance of work and enjoyment!

Not happy with the 30-minutes lunch break. I personally find it insufficient. I think 45 minutes would be fairer.

We have a dynamic and open work enviornment that encourages creativity and innovating thinking. Personally, I like this type of work culture because it helps us come up with great ideas and solutions. The growth aspect is promising, and the salary offered is sir fair. I give this company 5 Stars.

I don't think I liked anything in the company. but one thing is they pay salary on time.

It is a long list, Policy of the company is very bad, they treat you badly, They don't understand the personal life of people, for example, the manager can tell you or ask you anything and if you don't do it you are going to be punished. Literally the culture of punishment. The punishments are like, Loss of pay of the day, No leave for one month, or something like that. One more thing don't expect that you going to get leaves, very reluctant to give you leave. They are never sure what they want, they always change the product, they even increase your workload, cut down your leave to work on a product and after 3 months they will discard the product. So all the hard work for nothing. From last, I don't even know how many months they are saying they are going to launch a product and your Saturday leaves are gone. Now we work on Saturday also. So whenever you are going to get a call from HR you are going to hear this, we want you now because we are going to launch. this is the tagline to cancel leaves, hire, and fire employees. Launching the product is not bad but the problem is they don't know what they want in the last few years they have launched many products and maximum of them failed. with less than 60 employees, they want to run an advisory, they want to teach people through videos, they want to manage ticker, they want to write articles, they want to sell credit cards, they want to sell brokership and whatnot. In a team of 2-3 people, they think that they are going to create the best education platform or going to write the best articles or provide the best advisory. they do not understand business they do not understand management, one thing that they understand is social media and that is the reason they are still alive. Most of the people who are working in the company are from nearby town and in Raipur there is not a lot of jobs in finance and related field. so they are stuck and working. you will not find anyone from Mumbai, Banglore, Delhi or Metro city employee working in finology for long-term. Work from home option is given, but that’s only in case of severe medical emergencies. I truly adore this benefit. I received this facility 3 months back when I was hospitalized, and doctor suggested me to take some rest. But due to my professional commitments, I preferred working. I asked permission to work from home, and thankfully my manager permitted me.

Sometimes, there happen internal conflicts within the organization. But that’s not so intense. Everything comes to normal quickly.

Company is good, I joined this company a year ago. And I am happy with all that I am able to get here. Even not being so experienced, my superior are giving me leadership responsibilities to handle. It is no doubt that the responsibility I am given is challenging but also offers hands-on experience.

Dislikes

The only con I see is about work hours which are of 9 hours. It doesn't offer much flexibiity.

It’s very rarely seen that any company offers its employees to enjoy or organizes such activities that could make their employees feel refreshed. Here, they go extra mile. Additionally, movie outings are also organized to make us feel relax and enjoy entertainment. I love this aspect.
