When the KPI are not defined properly there is always an issue in Appraisal and promotions. There is zero motivational factor here. This culture is worse than government. The language used is very cheap and abusive. The rating is negative for Finolex Pipes and Fittings.

The unity of shop floor employees, Behaviour of employees are good , torgetherly working. Salary in time. Managers are good , never worked under such great managers. Colleagues are also so good.
