The unity of shop floor employees, Behaviour of employees are good , torgetherly working. Salary in time. Managers are good , never worked under such great managers. Colleagues are also so good.

This company is good for stable and less stressful work. My team and senior with me are nice guys l like work with them. Here you have good job security but then you have to sacrifice your growth. From last 2 years appraisal is good can't say about future and past. About politics, there is no company you will find without politics. You can things here but it's on your own. Nobody will teach you or give you special training about anything. Work environment is good except moderate amounts of dust particle of PVC and there is no compilation of mask to wear.
