Let me share my interview experience. I had applied for senior developer profile with 5+ yrs. After having 5 yrs of experience they are asking for 10th,12th percentage min requirement was 60% throughout. I mean what is this heck. How at all this is relevant. And there is various office politics , they don't provide good work life balance. Don't join

Great work life balance. Very good place for freshers to lear and grow . I joined here as a fresher and learn a lot here and seniors are supportive as well. Flexible timings to work.
