- Ample opportunities to grow your career. - Everyone is so helpful. - Upper management is easily approachable.

Dislikes

Not as such. But Finoit used to lack in fun and team engaging activities since WFH started. But I'm glad the HR team is trying to fill this as much as they can and now has started organizing meetups, team lunch and other team engaging activities

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
