Management team is not good.. They r not care about there employees but overall company CEO is gud who understands the needs but some heigher post people's r not know how to work..

I was very good over there I love the company as he paid me the salry from which I earn my bread n butter but people r not knowledgeble n they r thinking that lower level people's r just for work n work which is not correct.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
