Horrible experience with Niyo, initially the core management was in responsibly mature people but due to office politics those quality people left the company and ineligible people were promoted to satisfy their favourites. CEO blindly follows certain ppl without even using his own brain like its a picnic not company. HR team works like SBI bank with no resolution, promotion happening on favouritism rather then productivity. Soon all the horses will be scattered in market and this company will be left will all donkeys as a result of favouritism politics. Advice to Management Due to cost cutting scenario, company is lossing quality employee and then management will think why profits are not up. Niyo fails to provide basics to employees and now all are leaving because of lack of appreciation and promoting ineligible people due to favouritism.
