Likes

From last 4 years working ,no bonus. Daily abuse from senior. They want to keep employee as dump. I am very hardworking employee. They play very tricky. I have automated the reports and razorpay recon but it has no value.

Dislikes

No respect at all from day 1 to daily basis. Groupism and not ready to give pf bonus and any facility. They want to give snacks on sympathy.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
