Working in Finkraft.ai has been a transformative experience as there is a culture of innovation,collaboration and mutual trust. The management has been super supportive working on bringing in compliant policies. Also 5 day culture really brings in the work life balance.

Dislikes

Like in any fast paced organisation there are sometimes wrong decisions taken or wrong team members hired but quick decision making has helped to ensure disconnected employees dont stick around creating a negative atmosphere and move to their suitable jobs

this enterprise company has impeccably improved with its crowd point of view, as I've been here for a good amount of time and the start-up had a few issues with people at first and the interns that worked here were really rude and a total suck-up to our boss, and when they got let go, they were super mad and literally stole company property and put false claims on socials as I followed them and as well as on glassdoor and here so I was like wow- but I'm really happy now the company has hired geniuses from IIT, IBM, u-penn, and many well-respected ivy's as well as previous fortune-500 employers are now working for FinKraft, now none the less my networking and learning is really good and so much better benefits from my last companies I must say!!...Read More
