Since this company is acquired by master card the facilities are of mastercard standards.

Leadership is not supportive. Some TL have very bad behaviour, some time use very bad language. KPIs change every month to check performance of employees. No fixed KPI. Top leadership is confused. They have a department called Integration engeneering for which they Hire software engineer, but in this department the designation is for name sake, when you work will work in this department you will come to know that this is production support. Leadership questions your experience after hiring you. Question your credibility as a software engineer. They don't treat you as a software engineer. HR team is creating goof ups, for Integration engeneering department that should to put vacancy for software engineer instead should mention production support engineer. atleast candidates will have clarity that which profile they are applying....Read More
