Centralised arbitrary decison making, only couple of people decide everything. If you r close to those decison making, life is good there, otherwise u r at your own. Sycophancy is rampant. Very poor HR.

1.It is NGO, which has only contractual jobs . 2.There is no job security. Annual increment is from (0- 5 % ), 3.Forcefully you have to travel minimum 2 places per month and you have to pay in advance and a. there is no security that you will et your spent amount. First of all you have to prepare expense statement which is of average 60 . b. if you took 2-3 month then you wont et your money . c. you have to fill provision ,if you missed then you wont get your money d. you have to continuous send mail then you will et you money . e. After traveling they will ask for stamp on taxi bill ,they will ask for what ever comes in their mind ,there is no proper rules and regulation . f. on each bill you have to write mode of payment ,you have to submit your bank statement and online payment proof along with bills .If every thing is there but bill got faint then you wont get your money . g. if you have paid more than 5000 in cash then you wont get that 5000 or more amount . h. if you are on site worked entire then you have to check your mails and reply in night .that means it is 24 * 7 Job i.
