Working experience is fine but there not having any appreciation or salary growth I am nervous about this company and aslo sitting on client office

They are having bond about 2 years you have to complete 2 years compulsory and senior management is not good having nepotism.it is Chennai basis company of you want growth they are hiring 3-4 years experience and giving 20k to 25k salary.some manager is not working R D dislike.

Mostly all the team in FSS provide you with code responsibility, which is risky for fss but as an employee you get to experience all the phases of development cycle.

Nothing is good in FSS except what I have written in positive block. I have been in this company for 2 years now, i started with 4LPA and from past 1.5 years I am taking responsibility of one whole project in my department. I am one who is responsible, I am the one to whom client calls. I am the one who does everything, wheather it's development, bug fixing, any CR or deployment. The project is finance project and every single month, I myself complete 1-2 CRs and atleast 10 bugs fixing. I am the reason the client says that they are satisfied by the company's service. I have worked for this company from 9am at morning to 1am of next day for 3 months straight. I didn't used to have dinner as well.
