Most of the senior management knows nothing about management and have a very poor people management skills and pathetic listeners, no proper training available for new hires, no respect for middle management, senior management often humiliate anyone if they suggest anything contrary to their beliefs, no defined job role and extendedworking hours on a daily basis with absolutely no reward. Absolutely hectic, no job description, I was expected to do anything and everything, hopeless attitude of the senior management team. Not open to any suggestions even if it benefits them, absolutely weak development team.
