The job is very interesting I couldn't understood in the beginning and later on it became very interesting and enjoyable. Since new Head of sales joined I have learned new tricks of the trade.

Excellent work culture. Teammates are helpful and management is best. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair, they give good salary.

There is too much intererence of finance department in sales affairs. Growth very slow. Training is not given to the new employees.

My work is challenging because i have to look after the distributor network, channel sales as well as the retail network .since we belong to beverage field its mainly 08 months season,for that we have to complete the yearly target in these months.
