As told above, I am working in this valued organization since last 13+ years. I have noticed few points during my long tenure in FIITJEE which I am mentioning here. Lack of proper training and development programs, very limited opportunities for promotion and no clear-cut career progression path. Lack of transparency and professionalism in policies, inconsistent application of rules, inadequate communication from Seniors in the organization. Poor leadership by Top Seniors and a culture of favoritism where certain individuals might be given preferential treatment. And if you want to change, they will not help you to to switch infact they purposely put you on hold. they wont provide you the relieving/experience letter. The personal in the higher hierarchy are only looking for their own benefit & money & rewards. It is a worst place for Non-faculty. They will treat you as slave and on return will console you.
