Lack of proper training and development programs, very limited opportunities for promotion and no clear-cut career progression path. Lack of transparency and professionalism in policies, inconsistent application of rules, inadequate communication from Seniors in the organization. Poor leadership by Top Seniors and a culture of favoritism where certain individuals might be given preferential treatment.
