As an academic coordinator, I have seen first and how FIITJEE's program like FTRE and olympiads shape student'f s futures. The faculty here are highly dedicated, and the perspective reading initiative is a great tool for student development. The workload can be demanding, especially during exam preparations, but the institute's focus on quality education makes it all worthwhile.

FIITJEE has provided me the perfect platform to teach advanced-level chemistry. The Olympiad training is rigorous, and the FTRE program is meticulously designed to identify ad nurture talent. The management encourages innovation in teaching methods, which I find very fulfilling.

As told above, I am working in this valued organization since last 13+ years. I have noticed few points during my long tenure in FIITJEE which I am mentioning here. Lack of proper training and development programs, very limited opportunities for promotion and no clear-cut career progression path. Lack of transparency and professionalism in policies, inconsistent application of rules, inadequate communication from Seniors in the organization. Poor leadership by Top Seniors and a culture of favoritism where certain individuals might be given preferential treatment. Working in fiitjee be line scam. You will stuck for eternity. And if you want to change, they will not help you to to switch infact they purposely put you on hold. they wont provide you the relieving/experience letter. The personal in the higher hierarchy are only looking for their own benefit & money & rewards. It is a worst place for Non-faculty. They will treat you as slave and on return will console you.
