Working with FIITJEE is not a good experience. Centre Head has the monopoly even top management codes not have check on them. During covid no support from company, salary reduced by 50% and if you resist they as ask to leave. No career growth, no skill development and no financial growth.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
