Colleagues are great, you can learn a lot as you will have the opportunity as a fresher.

Dislikes

If you are looking forward to building a career than forget about it in this company. I have seen hardworking and honest to job employees staying at the same designation for over 2 years and ultimately resigning. And what to say about financial condition of this god forsaken company. Top management is literally filled with misers. May god sink them all for their pittance.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
