And if you want to change, they will not help you to to switch infact they purposely put you on hold. they wont provide you the relieving/experience letter. Fiitjee is a total dislike. Its a TRAP. They are playing with the person future and career. Everything is disgusting about the Fiitjee. The personal in the higher hierarchy are only looking for their own benefit & money & rewards. It is a worst place for Non-faculty. They will treat you as slave and on return will console you.
