As told above, I am working in this valued organization since last 13+ years. I have noticed few points during my long tenure in FIITJEE which I am mentioning here. Lack of proper training and development programs, very limited opportunities for promotion and no clear-cut career progression path. Lack of transparency and professionalism in policies, inconsistent application of rules, inadequate communication from Seniors in the organization. Poor leadership by Top Seniors and a culture of favoritism where certain individuals might be given preferential treatment. Inadequate appraisal system for non-teaching staff and a culture of favoritism where hard work might not be duly recognized. No confirm assurance about release of salary by seniors....Read More
