Nothing, it is the worst company, I have ever worked with....Disgusting people...specially the owner of the company Mr. Ranjeet Solanki...He just believes in harassing people...He is not running a company but a sweat center

Learning and development opportunities are good. I'm surrounded by people who constantly push me to be better. Best thing is to work with smart people. Really very good pay and incentives compared to other companies.

The VP Miss. Deepali Kimble. No work ethics.. If she is out of the company, the company will grow more and have more good people to work there who put in thier efforts. She doesn't let good people stay in the company and forces one to leave the company.
